Fantastic!
Brilliantly read and amazing content. Gives us long haulers some hope. Thank you to Gez and Danny for their hard work with the content of this book. As a long hauler myself (since March 2020) there were things I didn’t know, things I knew but were reminded to ensure I carried out and a reassuring feel that I am not alone in this.

excellent guide to long covid
excellent guide for my partner who has long covid and myself. the joint authorship works well with main voice particularly easy to listen to. I wondered if in audio it would be too complex to follow but not at all. Totally recommend for anyone living with this condition looking for reliable information

Missing PDF pages?
Amazing resource and huge thanks to Gez Medinger and Professor Danny Altmann for all the work you both do for those of us suffering with Long Covid. Only question is, I am more than half way through and there are multiple references to the accompanying PDF but what I have received is only 6 pages long. Gez seems to reference the PDF suggesting there will be specific links and diagrams but these don’t seem to be available . Maybe we are missing some of the PDF ?

Excellent resource for all Long Covid sufferers.
Gez Medinger has been tirelessly helping to peel the many layers of Long Covid from the very beginning of the pandemic. As someone who got infected in March 2020, I find this resource absolutely indispensable in understanding and managing Long Covid.

Excellent From a 2+ Year Long Hauler
I have had long covid over two years with MCAS and Pots Syndrome and this is an excellent resource for those who want to understand Long Covid as best we can. I learned great tips on how to manage the disease as well as future treatments (I am in the Paxlovid one currently) I highly recommend this book. I have Long Covid so for me the audio version was better due to my symptoms.

Long awaited book did not disappoint
Gez, a long hauler himself, combined a huge amount of material into this book. This handbook can be a very useful tool to get a snapshot of relevant research and existing treatment options.
