I cried...won't lie, absolutely loved it. A hard thing to write about and even read but it was wonderful and the emotions were incredibly raw and real.

At first I was worried it was going to upset me to listen to this story being menopausal and emotional!
But it has the right balance of sorrow and laughter. I enjoyed listening to it and will listen to more Tracy Bloom books! Especially as she's from my home town and hearing familiar places made me smile!

When I realised the book involved a terminal illness I almost sent it back as it is not really the kind of book i prefer! However I am so glad I continued to listen as it was just a very beautiful thought provoking book! It is also inspiring to live, laugh and love in the moment!

What an amazing book. It made me laugh, cry and really think about life. It was a joy to read even though at times it was so sad. But as I say some parts were funny, I recommend this book as one of the best I've ever read/listened to.
