A very entertaining and relevant read.

I laughed, cried, empathised and thoroughly enjoyed this book. I feel inspired to change my life goals this year, hope it works as well.

I don’t really like it

Just seemed a bit magazineish and lightweight to me and I’m not a serious heavy reader anyway .
Gave up about third way through just didn’t find myself wanting to go back to it

Like Spending Time With A Mate

💛 Cathy was fun to hang out with. She’s funny, smart and I especially loved her WhatsApp conversations with her sisters, which I could definitely relate to.

SOUNDBITE

🎧 A nice and easy listen I’d recommend to anyone looking for a light bit of entertainment. Fiona Boylan delivers a companionable, witty performance that made me smile.

SHALL I COMPARE THEE TO…

If you like this, try Everything Is Fine by Gillian Harvey. Also, while I wouldn’t say this quite is as good, this is also in the same wheelhouse as audiobooks by Gill Sims and Marian Keyes.

Fantastic

This has to be the book I can relate to the most in my life and had me laughing out loud, talking to the space around me - so many points close to home. Such an enjoyable book and yet useful in ways too x

Loved it!

As a ‘woman of a certain age’ I really loved this story. I laughed I cried but mostly I rolled my eyes in agreement. I thought the narrator did a great job too.
