Stunning
This book has definitely made a big difference in my life. It’s a stunning picture, albeit one man’s interpretation to a degree, of the divine romance between Jesus and His bride. Paul Michael’s narration is perfect, I can’t imagine a better rendition.

Great
I have read the hardcopy of The Devine Romance about three time before however listening to it has been wonderful and Paul Michael's voice really brings the script to life. It was worth buying the audio version.

Loved it!
What made the experience of listening to The Divine Romance the most enjoyable?
I absolutely loved this book. Gene Edwards made me feel as though I were part of the story. I found it informative as well as comforting. I have listened to it several times! Paul Michael voice is pleasant and easy to listen to.

The Gospel
This book. Wow. I don’t know how a man can conjure up such a beautiful rendition of this eternal story. Wait. Yes I do. The Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit alone. We all need to be repeatedly reminded of our value and the love that God has for us. Gene Edwards is a legend, and I am so grateful for God used him to give us this masterpiece. You will find yourself crying, cheering, and emotionally moved in about 100 different ways. When this age has passed, the relevance of this book will not. Why? Because it is founded in truth, but tells the most beautiful story of all time in a way that relates to us all in our desire to be loved. God Bless.

Fall In Love With Him!
I loved hearing this biblical interpretation of God's Amazing Love and Heart as it sews a thread through biblical history, time, and eternity. "Yes Lord, Choose me, I pray, as Your Forever counterpart, Eternal Companion , Friend and Bride!"

A brilliant performance tied with deep theology
Gene Edwards does an excellent job of conveying deep and hidden truths based off of Scripture, but communicates it in a story-telling and stage performance manner that makes hours seem like minutes when enraptured in the story. The simple and at times complex theological truths take on an everyday application not considered by the reader. I highly recommend this work!

WoW! What magnificent listening experience! Bravo
This is the most beautiful telling of the story of God, man and the bride of Christ I have ever experienced outside of the Bible itself. I shall experience it again and again. I was also very impressed with the narrator. He did justice to such an awesome book. Simply Superb!!!
