Life Changing
I absolutely loved this book. It is a life changer for me. Understanding what a few adjustments in my life could achieve is incentive enough to apply the principals. Years of dieting. Years of poor sleep. Years of mental health issues. These will all be improved with a few tweaks to my habits.
I thoroughly recommend this book. Narrated really well too!!

If you listen to or read one book in your life.. make it this one.
One of the best and most life changing books I’ve experienced. I recommend it to everyone. It’s helped me with so many aspects of my life. Thankful to everyone who has devoted their lives to this research and Dr Panda for putting this book together.

Excellent book to understand the Circadian code
The book is not easy listening and the truth is always a hard pill to swallow. However the lessons in this book are practical and there is a clear linkage between eating habits, sleeping and exercise that contribute to good physical and mental health
