About this listen
She'll save Christmas just to spite him....
When a late season hurricane hits Merry, Connecticut, city manager and single dad Noah Yates has to inform the already devastated residents that there won't be a Christmas Festival this year. No festival means no tourism dollars. A disaster of epic proportions for his hometown.
But when home renovation expert slash smoking hot reality TV star Catalina King shows up with a camera crew and a budget big enough to put the town back together again, Noah balks. Hard. The last time Cat was in town she stirred up trouble everywhere she went. (Residents are still talking about the town's first and only bar fight.)
Noah doesn't need a TV diva capitalizing on his town's tragedy or filling his daughter's head with glitz and glam.
Cat is ready and willing to put Merry back in Christmas mode with a holiday special that will leave everyone believing in miracles and get her friends back in the home they love. But there's one big problem standing in her way. And his name is Noah Yates. He's wrong about her and she can't wait to prove it. Ring those jingle bells because it's on.

Loved this story
Reality is more than television for Noah when a hurricane devastates his hometown. He's less than thrilled when a film crew decides to make it their personal mission to invade and begin to set up their cameras amidst the destruction. TV star Catalina King is particularly unwelcome in Merry, he doesn't want her capitalizing on their tragedy or filling his daughter’s head with visions of glitz and glam but Cat isn't anything like he suspected, she gets under his skin.
Soon the twinkles are in more than just the lights sprucing up their small towns newly built winter village and Noah isnt sure if he's willing to let her go after the holidays and film crew wrap up.

Great fun and Christmas too
This is a follow on from Mr Fixer Upper a brilliant enemies to lovers book.
This starts in a similar vein with Cat butting heads against the city manager Noah but then attraction creeps in, they try to hide it but get swamped by desire.
I love that everyone knows what's happening but Cat and Noah think it's a big secret, so many bits made me laugh.
Beautifully read too.
I wonder if there are more about this team...

Fabulous book
I love this authors stories. Her wit, humour and angst male. For an absorbing read. From the first page to the last it’s compelling. I’m sad to say goodbye to the town of Merry. Can’t wait to read and listen to more from this author. Fabulous narration too.

Beautiful Holiday Story
I really enjoyed this beautiful story and I loved the characters! They should turn this into a holiday special for television. I was hesitant with this book because of the length but it was ok. There was a lot of dialogue and not a lot of descriptions of the rooms and outfits etc... the narration was great. She did a great job with all the different characters. I definitely recommend this book. 🎧Audiobook Obsession 💜Sisters Spotlight

Merry & full of Joy
This was such a fun story. I adored the snark & banter between Cat & Noah. Their angst & chemistry was on point.
I adore all of the people from Merry, Cat’s family & friends, and of course Sara.
This was fun, sweet, full of emotions, miracles, spice & hope.
