Summary
The stunning new novel from the beloved best-selling author.
A tragic accident leaves the tight-knit book club in the small seaside town of Fairweather reeling. Then stranger Tom McLysaght arrives in the community, and the members of the club find their lives changing in ways they never could have imagined.
None of them realise that Tom is hiding a secret. On the surface, his move to Fairweather was to escape his highflying life in London and to put some much-needed distance between him and his ex-fiancée - but deep down Tom knows that there are some things he cannot run from.
As the months pass with book club gatherings, secrets are shared and hurts begin to heal. New friendships might be the last thing on their minds, but the members of the book club are about to discover that opening themselves up to other people might be the only thing that will help them all to live, and to love, again.

Mediocre
Narrator's performance is great as always, but the story is pretty forgettable and pedestrian.

Fabulous listen
I loved this book from start to finish. I wasn’t happy when it ended. Every character was lovely. I want more of them. I will really miss them all.

Well written but a bit boring.
Nice book, but struggled to finish it. But too much detail about mundane stuff. Bit predictable

great idea but lacked character development
left dissapointed by the abrupt ending. Genuinely good story but had the potential for so much more..

Thoroughly enjoyable
This was my first Roisin Meaney book and I picked it because it was read by my favorite reader, Aoife McMahon. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the characters and the reading. I look forward to more of a Roisin Meaney’s books!

Never disappoints
I have only recently found Roisin Meany and I can’t get enough of her. Her books and characters wrap you up and take you away. She makes you want to live in that book. I can’t wait to get my next credit to get lost in her wonderful world of words.
