very good

As a 50+ person I have been on a few diets. Over the years but I do think this book was worth purchasing for the different advice they gave.

It felt like the author knew me!

I loved this book. It was like group therapy for me. All these feelings I was experiencing in my binges were explained, analyzed. Great tools for self help were also provided.

Really liked it

I liked that the book isn't too long but still full of helpful advice, I did really well with food the first days of reading it and believe in the future I will listen to my body in a way I never did. Recommend!

Useful and real

It has very good and precise techniques to quit binge eating and if you listen in the combination with bulimia help, that will be a rocket-ship to conquer those binges and overcome all together.
I am so recommending this book to anyone suffering from the food and weight related problem as I suffered the same issue for a very long time.

I’ve never been so compelled to review!

Wow. I’ve had BED since… well as long as I can remember and I’ve been trying to break free for two years, nothing has helped me as much as this book. It’s easy, practical and pretty magical. Thank you so much for this book. I finally feel free.

So so helpful

This book was the book I didn’t realise I needed. I had been struggling for a while and hadn’t really realised that what I was doing was a common problem and that there was help to be found. I found myself nodding along to this book as each chapter was a revelation. The guided meditation sections at the end are brilliant and the strategies all the way through have been so useful already. It’s left me really optimistic that I can beat this.

Keto & intermittent Fasting

Though the overall concept is of binge and types of traps. It goes against the recent studies on intermittent fasting. It does not recommend fasting, it recommends 4- 6 meals a day and Breakfast after waking up!

However, we are all different and binge eating is normally apparent due to either emotional or stress.

I’m a Keto and intermittent and my ‘Binge’ has been due to other reasons.

Great book for those who do not follow intermittent fasting..

A kind and nurturing way of beating binge eating behaviours

Breaks a realistic method down into manageable steps. It all feels achievable and I love the hypnotherapy style sessions at the end. I feel at last , that this is something I can conquer .
