Stop smoking hypnosis

Clearly I can’t be hypnotised I find myself forgetting the breathing exercises, I tend to feel irritable and restless not at all in any trance like state I have listened to this for a week now some days twice and I will continue to listen for the 21 days, I’ve noticed that a couple of times she is talking and I’m thinking about something that is totally unrelated like my shopping list? Or a time when smokers all sat in a pub round the ashtray having a good ol laugh which doesn’t happen anymore.. smokers are pushed out of social circles now and we feel like a lonely bunch of losers and stopping smoking is just something we have to do because society said so and I’m not very good at taking orders. And breathe.. oh yeah supposed to be taking deep breaths.. I will re review after my 21 days and let you know if this really works, so far though... meh
