Don't hesitate!

I listened to one one of his books about 8 months ago - Easy way to quit emotional eating. It worked and I quit my energy drink addiction that span over 8 years with no effort at all. I knew it will work with smoking too, hence why I dragged my feet to listen to it and finally quit smoking. I was not ready then but now I find myself wondering how I could have been a happy non smoker 8 months ago.

quitting smoking for the last time

I absolutely enjoyed listening to every chapter of the book, I'm still at the early stages but it's the most positive I've ever felt about giving up smoking

2 months in and all good

I think it probably helped me that I was ready to quit vaping. I had been vaping far longer than I had intended to after stopping smoking. I listened to the audio book over about a week or so and then just stopped and apart from a few times in the first few days where the pangs were definitely there, albeit slightly, now, rarely do I even think about it. I'm glad I did this. feeling happier and healthier.

Changed my life

It’s been about 2 years now since I quit nicotine. I used to vape and when I started, it was a new thing, so I was naive to how addictive it could still be. I remember I tried to give up several times until I found this book.

It was so easy to quit after reading this. I was so sceptical at first to this book but it really did work. My partner also read this book and he gave up too. He has even tried nicotine after he gave up and he felt nothing, he felt no pleasure in it at all.

It just goes to show that nicotine addiction is 99% psychological. I don’t miss nicotine at all. When I see people smoke, I simply feel sorry for them because they are brainwashed like I once was. I will forever be grateful to this book, thank you 🙏

loved it

so easy to listen to and i finished it in 5 days. i listened while driving to work, then in bed. just had my last EVER spay of Nicotine after 8 years of been on it, smashing on average 6 full sprays a week. this book makes sense and i know that i won't be using Nicotine ever again.

No longer a slave to nicotine

I’m a week in and while I will admit I have had “cravings” and not found it as easy and pleasurable as described in the book, it has been 1000x easier than when I’ve tried before.
I started the physical book which was an older version and didn’t really touch on e-cigarettes, this one does mention it more so, so I was able to persevere and relate to it more.

I had my e-cigarette glued to my hand constantly before, and was very much under the impression that it tastes and feels good, and is miles better than actual cigarettes, but now I’m rid of the “big monster” I know that while yes they do taste good, they are by no means better than cigarettes really and I no longer want to be a slave to nicotine - it feels GREAT.

My only feedback would be for their next version to have even more focus on ecigs and vapes, they could make a whole new book on it as it does take a little bit of time to break down the resistance when referring to actual cigarettes.

Repetitiveness - in a positive way

The book seems repetitive at first, but once you get into the first few chapters, you will understand why.
The book began to alter my thoughts around cigarettes about halfway through, and my intake had reduced by half at this point. Everyone is different though!
The narrator to me is upbeat, positive & happy, which made the book even easier to listen to.
