Definitely recommend

I had recently quit smoking with the use of NRT (Nicotine replacement therapy). This book gave me the knowledge and confidence to quit Nicotine altogether. I am now 40 days smoke free and 20 days without any nicotine at all! Highly recommend!

Real Talk

I stopped smoking once before a few years ago, using the easyway physical book. Stopped for 11 months (after smoking for 35 years). It wasn't hard. But I did still feel I was missing out on something. One day, I had a few smokes and then a pandemic happened and lock-down boredom completely hooked me back in.

Tried several times to focus on what I remembered of the book and stop again. Failed several times. I tried patches too. No joy there.

And then I got into audiobooks, for other reasons, and thought to look this up. The easyway experience is even better as audio. It allows you to truly focus on the experience of smoking while they talk you through it, which is hard while reading. After 4 nights of listening, I stubbed out my last cigarette.

2 months later, I write this. As a HAPPY non-smoker this time. No cigarettes. No substitutes. No cravings. Just a bunch of extra time and money and a lot less coughing.

Look at the other reviews. What do you have to lose? Try it. The best time is right now, I swear.

It really does work

After finishing this book and just about to hit my 7th day without nicotine, it really works.

Over time you have crossed the wires in your brain.

This book uncrosses them and gives you a real chance.

I would never have quit if I didn't find this book.

100% confident I will stay off nicotine for life now.

Don't hesitate!

I listened to one one of his books about 8 months ago - Easy way to quit emotional eating. It worked and I quit my energy drink addiction that span over 8 years with no effort at all. I knew it will work with smoking too, hence why I dragged my feet to listen to it and finally quit smoking. I was not ready then but now I find myself wondering how I could have been a happy non smoker 8 months ago.

I absolutely enjoyed listening to every chapter of the book, I'm still at the early stages but it's the most positive I've ever felt about giving up smoking
