Summary

Having spent her life as a captive, Siofra escapes when her power surfaces to save her from an attack, which exposes her as a nonhuman. All she wants to do is find her brother who is also being hunted, then vanish to live free from shifters. That plan would have worked if a golden-eyed jaguar shifter hadn’t stepped between her and a dangerous jackal, throwing a major kink in her escape when she falls for the sexy protector.
Rory didn’t choose to be a jaguar shifter and is determined to not mate even though he faces death from the Gallize mating curse if he doesn’t. The end may come sooner than he expects when his jaguar loses the ability to heal them, but that doesn’t prevent Rory from racing in to save a young woman from a vicious predator. The moment Siofra is in his arms and his power reaches out to hers, he struggles against the primal pull of the one woman he’s drawn to as a mate. Even if he didn’t feel the need to end his bloodline, she hates shifters.

Love this series!
I've been waiting for this third book since I finished the first two, and wasn't disappointed. Always thrilling and filled with danger so be prepared for heart-wrenching moments but love conquers all, eventually!
Plenty of backstory if this is your first book, and you will love all the Gallize shifters and their mates.
Couldn't put it down, and once again can't wait for the next!

I adore this series
Everything about this series is amazing, well thought out, planned and executed with the accuracy of a military exercise. You never know from one minute to the next if you’re going to be on the edge of you’re seat or quietly chuckling the giant Jaguar with enough snark to give any teenager a run for their money.
The building romance ties this tension filled look into the Gallize world with just the right flavoured bow to balance the whole thing perfectly.

Fun, action-packed, shifter romance!
What a fascinating shifter world Dianna Love has created. She had managed to create a unique shifter grouping that is above the rest and then given them military experience, an ancient guardian and special mating traditions. Throw in an ancient enemy and the seedy underbelly of the shifter society and the series takes on new depth. It is worth noting that this story is standalone but the series is best enjoyed in order.
Rory and Siofra's story is rather accidental. It is fascinating how Dianna Love carefully orchestrated their initial meeting. Any slight deviation from the plot and these characters might have sailed by each other like ships in the night. But that is only where the drama begins. There are plenty of obstacles to challenge these two as they overcome their personal issues. Nothing quite like running for your life to put things into perspective.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the series. The story is action packed and the characters are strong and interesting. The book is also narrated well which makes it very easy to listen to. Fun, action-packed, shifter romance..... what is there not to enjoy!
