Story
Jessica "Jessie" Allen is sugary sweet and perpetually perky. Running on an endless supply of enthusiasm, she's in constant motion. The people pleaser is running herself ragged to make other people happy, anything to avoid having to figure out what would make her happy. Devin Bennett is her complete opposite, the immovable object to Jessie's unstoppable force. Jessie is drawn to him like a valley girl to an outlet mall, but Devin dodges her advances better than a UFC fighter.

Story
Reasons why I should not be drawn to Troy Serrano. Number one: He’s obnoxious. Number two: We were enemies more than a decade ago. Number three: He’s my friend’s ex-boyfriend. I could go on and on, really. When my boss gives me an unwanted assignment, and tells me it involves spending time with the grandson of one of our residents, the grandson turns out to be Troy. Lucky me. Four hours a week of having to deal with his insufferable personality and unsolicited advice - the only consolation is getting to stare at his annoyingly gorgeous face, in between our many arguments.

Dean Evans is the worst. Not only does the devil in disguise steal my pie on a regular basis, he also lives in the apartment right. Next. Door. I see him all the time. At the mailboxes. In the elevator. Every single morning. It's exhausting because he's exhausting. Now, after setting his apartment on fire, he's my roommate, and he's the worst at that, too. I don't know what possessed me to let him stay with me. Pity, perhaps? I do know that I won't be falling for his charm.

If people have polar opposites, Luca Rossi is mine. His butt is in the baseball hall of fame. Mine's comfortably seated in the hall of lame. When he's not snagging fly balls out in center field, he's modeling in shampoo commercials. I once jammed my own finger while stirring cookie dough, and sometimes I forget shampoo is a thing. He's a total cynic when it comes to love. I make a living writing love stories. But after my latest broken engagement (no, I don't want to talk about how many times that's happened), it's clear he's exactly the man I need.

Lila Callan had an unconventional upbringing - unavoidable when your mother owns a brothel. But while she'd inherited some of her parents' 'wacky and offbeat', she was also strong, independent, and incredibly intelligent. The fact that she was tall, beautiful and blond was a bonus she never really cared to exploit. She wasn't uptight; it's just that long term was more her thing, with zero interest in one-night stands. Until she met Ryan York and then she isn't so sure.

Five hockey players, a cabin in the woods...and little old me, Winnie Berlin. Sounds like the start of a fantasy, right? But it's not. It's my reality. It all started when I got lost in the middle of the Canadian Rockies. A wicked thunderstorm sent my car mud sliding into a ditch, and for a girl whose survival skills involve finding the nearest Starbucks, I was in deep trouble. Forced to abandon my car in search of help, I stumbled upon a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

Summary
A painfully awkward love story.
Incomprehensibly awkward Elizabeth Wilde is desperate for love. Connection. Intimacy. After a lifetime of romantic failures, the 21-year-old gamer realizes she needs help. Professional help. She needs...a sex tutor.
The devastatingly hot jock Austin Jacobs is just the man for the job. As the reigning campus sex god, he has the playboy act down pat. But underneath those six-pack abs beats a broken heart. He doesn't trust people, and he sure as hell doesn't believe in love.
The odd couple strikes a deal. Four weeks of "tutoring" for $5,000.
When Austin coaxes Elizabeth out from behind her computer screen, the attraction they feel is undeniable. They're both a little broken, but somehow their jagged edges fit. And when their world comes tumbling down on top of them, they each have to decide if this weird thing called love is worth fighting for.

perfect narration and story
I've been in a book funk lately and haven't been able to find anything I have enjoyed. FINALLY, I found something. This book had two amazing narrators, which is what attracted it to me in the first place. Rom Com, Jock & Geek. Full of smiles, a little angst, and some laughs. I really enjoyed this book. Worth the credit or $$ .

Beautiful!!
Wow! This book was amazing! I couldn’t put it down!! The heroine is super shy with no faith in herself. On the other hand, the hero has a big ego. But both have broken edges. It’s an amazing story about personal discovery and the difficulties of navigating relationships and trust. And learning to have faith in yourself and trusting others. It’s sweet and sexy and the end is absolutely beautiful!! The narrators are perfect!! They portrayed the characters perfectly!! I can’t recommend this book enough!!

Perfectly Awkward!
I was recommended this book by a friend that I truly trust with all things. This is an author I have never read, but it is new adult and Teddy Hamilton narrates the audio. Those 2 things I almost always say yes to. This book is super cute. The female heroine Elizabeth is so wonderfully smart and awkward. She was not able to make friends on her own so she does it in her own way. She also has a very logical mind which I truly relate to.
She is uncomfortable around all the opposite sex. So she decides to look at this from a statistical point of view. Find someone with experience that can help teach her to be more comfortable with the opposite sex and to get rid of that nasty virginity problem she has. It doesn't hurt that is is also a guy she has been crushing on and is also her perfect idea of a guy.
Austin is all the things you expect from the hot football player everyone wants. He doesn't do girlfriends. He is hot can get anyone he wants and does. At first he says no to her proposition then things change and he goes for it. He is the perfect counterpart to get Elizabeth out of her head. The story is more than surface level and ends up diving deeper than expected, but still very well done.
My favorite part is he is so accepting of who she is eccentricities any all. The next part I love is that the don't make the hot Barbie girl an asshole. They could have easily made her the bad guys. I adore that they made her a smart supportive character that is able to forgive. Elizabeth is pushed out of her comfort zone but in the end she ends up exactly where she is supposed to be.

Don’t miss out on this one!!
This book was so amazing, I couldn’t put it down. I stayed up until 3 in the morning and I couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore so I had to wait and finish it the next morning. You really don’t want to miss out! Oh and the narrators were amazing. It can ruin an audiobook when you don’t imagine the voice lining up with the age of the characters, I was glad to hear that that wasn’t the case here.

Amazing chemistry and banter
I started getting the 5-star tingles pretty much right away with this book. The narrators did a fabulous job, securing all of those stars. Fake relationships is a favorite trope of mine, and obviously this one didn't disappoint. Besides the amazing chemistry between our main characters, there was fun banter, and good side characters, there was an emotional component that I wasn't expecting. Both characters had backgrounds that made them real to me, gave me some depth to connect to. All around, a very good story by a new to me author that I would be happy to read of.
