A little basic and dated
This book is a little dated, and seemingly obsessed with sending out catalogues to all and sundry, and thoughtful, hand-written notes to lapsed customers.
Although not a long book, the majority of the 100+ chapters are only a minute or two long, containing such nuggets as every person is a possible customer, and customers dressed casually may still be in the market to buy.
This is a strange format, as are the 8 stories teased throughout the book, with a 'what happens next' dangled as an incentive to keep reading. All the endings are then delivered consecutively at the end of the book, with no recap or context to refresh your recollection of each scenario.
The narrator was fine and the book may be helpful if right at the outset of your selling journey.
