About this listen

A lively and practical guide to selling anything

'Ryan is not only charming and hilarious, he could sell milk to a cow. This book is going to be very helpful and humorous to a lot of people looking to up their business game' Andy Cohen, host of Watch What Happens Live... and New York Times bestselling author of Superficial

Ryan Serhant was a shy, jobless hand model when he entered the real estate business in September 2008. Just nine years later, he has emerged as one of the top salespeople in the world and a co-star on Bravo's hit series Million Dollar Listing New York, as well as the star of Sell It Like Serhant. He has become an authority on the art of selling. Whether you are selling a property or a hot tub, golf balls or life insurance, Serhant shares the secrets behind how to close more deals than anyone else, expand your business, and keep clients coming back to you for more.

Sell It Like Serhant is the blueprint for how to go from sales scrub to sales machine. Serhant provides useful lessons, lively stories, and examples that illustrate how anyone can employ his principles to increase profits and achieve success. Your measure of a good day will no longer depend on one deal or one client. A good salesperson never closes a deal and wonders, "What now?" The next deal is already happening. Serhant shares practical guidance on how to juggle multiple deals at once and close all of them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Sell It Like Serhant is a smart, at times hilarious, and always essential playbook to build confidence, generate results, and sell just about anything. You'll find tips on:

Honest, fun and energetic approach for sales!

Reading by himself I have been listening to it twice during my driving commutes to work. It's a great combination of hard and teamwork, efficiency, honesty, and pushing your limits to the next level. Thanks for sharing Ryan

A lot to learn, slightly over-acted narration

A really fantastic book, I just thought that the narration was a little overacted. A lot of lessons to take away, particularly with follow up. A must read in my opinion.

A must read for sales

Ryan Servant narrates his own book and it adds greatly to an enjoyable listen. I've been inspired to reach for more, to do more for others by making myself stand out. Ryan learnt the hard way and is a fantastic businessman for it. Great tips for anyone interested in any form of sales. So glad I bought this. Well done Ryan, you rock!

Amazing listen!

Ryan Serhant is genuinely an inspirational sales person. his approach laid out in this audiobook is fantastic and doesn't make you feel bad for not doing X or Y as others can, but helping you to realise how those things you aren't doing can be of benefit and using them will help you to grow.

There is a level of honesty and truth in this book that you don't find in many, the way Ryan has set this out it is easily to follow with real examples of where things have gone well and where they haven't. more important, for me, his sales strategy FEELS good. It doesn't feel like he's trying to convince you to do ANYTHING to get the sale, more like do ANYTHING to develop and maintain relationships that conclude with mutually beneficial end results...you get the sale, they get the product/service etc that they are looking for/problem solved.

Make the time to listen to this.

Modern, Hard Working, Resonating

After watching MDL: NY I was the first to download and listen to the keys to success. This is a fantastic book of stories of learning by mistakes, necessity to learn.

I'll keep this short. It's a great book and have listened to it twice to get all the life changing pearls that will work for me. Taking them, applying them and making the change.
