Excellent All Round Story and Narration
Not too much bolter porn, but enough when required. A really great story fleshing out a old piece of lore.
Narrator does a good job of voice acting and is pleasant to listen to.
Highly recommend.

A bit I’d love for the crimson fists
One of the first chapters ever named in the old rogue trader getting some deserved attention.
Great book with almost Lamenters levels of bad luck. Pedro Kantor is one of the greatest Chapter Masters there is.

Crimson Heretics!
I quite enjoyed this book, the story is interesting and there is a goodly amount of angst and anguish amongst the imperium and it’s inhabitants when the orcs go on the waaagh! But …. By the god emperor the crimson fists are a bunch of whiny little boys that are always looking to disobey orders,,,, if they had not blown themselves up (probably another example of disobedience) they would have turned to chaos and be another traitor legion 😉 the narrator was new to me and did a very good job, he would be ideal for the ultramarines

A great story, excellently narrated
It was fantastic to listen to Steve Parkers 'classic' Space Marine novel, a book I've read a couple of times from the time of it's first release (10 years ago?).
Parker manages to deal with probably one of the most well known 'incidents' in 40k lore very well indeed. He manages to show us our beloved Space Marines at their absolute best, whilst not shying away from showing us some of their (at times, almost childish) flaws for all to see. A good story, well written!
However, a special mention has to go out to how this 'classic' was brought to life so brilliantly by Greg Jones, and his truly superb narrative skills!
The shear variety of voices he uses, (all of which are brilliantly chosen and portrayed), the clarity and tone of his delivery, and the (sometimes subtle) change in cadence he uses to perfectly match each moment are... well... nothing short of absolutely fantastic!!
Excellent work, Greg Jones, I genuinely look forward to listening to more novels read by you in the future!
