Winter’s character is so real, I felt like everyone could refer to her. She’s hurt and has her own trust issues, which, yeah, who wouldn’t after what we know?
Theo is such a sweetheart. You know the kind that would do anything for you, sweet but would be dirty in bed. That kind of man (swoon).
He’s just perfect with her, patient, and understanding. And his relationship with Vi is just 😍
The audiobook narration was just perfection. I love Savannah and Joe so much, they always do a such great job. You can bet I’d listen to anything from these too.
If you’re thinking do listen to the audio, or reading it on Kindle, do yourself a favour and do both. Yeah, I do that all the time, I like to highlight on my Kindle but audiobooks are so good, don’t judge me 😂

Well, all I can say is wow!!
This series just keeps getting better and better.
Theo and winters story melted my heart in so many different ways. From theo missing out on finding out about winters pregnancy and the fact that he had a daughter until she was 9 months old through a mix up, to winters mentally abusive husband making her feel worthless and shows through and through why she has the icy persona and keeps those walls so high.
I loved Elsie's writing and how she has put across about winters high anxiety about letting those walls down and letting theo in and learning to trust after all the years of mental abuse from her husband and her parents making her feel like she can't have a relationship with summer.
This book was a beautiful ending and I had a little cry as it was beautiful and theo and winter will gold a special place in my heart.
I'm so sad I'm moving onto the last book in the series as I have loved every single book in this series.
