About this listen

Humanity on the run. Desperate base building. Dark deeds done during daylight.

Joe has started to draw attention to himself and his abilities. While some of the attention is good and allows for personal growth, most of it is from various organizations that feel threatened by the sudden upswing of power that Joe's guild - The Wanderers - is attaining.

As the threat to Earth begins to reach its peak, all of humanity has a choice: flee to Eternium, or stay for an uncertain future. Some stay, some go, some don't make the choice quickly enough. In Ardania, the human Kingdom is seeing an unprecedented influx of people. Supply and demand is an issue no matter where you go, as a civilization of a few million can't prepare to accept an eighth of Earth's inhabitants at once.

Joe sets out to solve problems where he can, but he can't be there for everyone...especially when a group of smiling enforcers are working to bring him down.

Funny and great

Read the headline. I have no more to say than this. Except listen to the previous books first

good story

what a shame the accents the narrator tried out made me switch off. Ridiculous. Spoiled.

Change of Narrator isn’t an issue

I don’t often leave reviews other than the stars, but feel this is worth pointing out. I was a little concerned in the beginning with the change of narrator as I’d grown accustomed to the characters from the first few books. By time the book ended it has been cleverly integrated and the new narrator who I can see has voiced the rest of the currently available books he done a fantastic job. Can’t wait to listen the the rest of this series.

Like Daniels

Is a beast of a man who can out perform the best of them. I will always choose to listen to his narrations.

However, that doesn't come close to how much I love the pun king himself, Dakota Krout. Another amazing story that will make me look forward to the next!

Phew, better transition than Dungeon Eternium

I was dreading this book because of the change of narrator, but its no where near as bad as Dungeon Eternium. Most of the characters voices are similar to the previous narrator (not sure if this was a conscientious effort, but glad of it), and there is even an amusing, if slightly contrived, nod towards the change in the story.
Once I got about half way through I had fully immersed in the new reality of Luke Daniels.
The story itself was wonderful as ever, even more so than divine dungeon, I cant wait to see where this goes.

Too short

Definatly feel that there was not enough content in this book or it was just to dang short!

The narrator did a excellent job taking over the series especially considering his less than best work on dungeon eternium.

Joe's progression seems to have stagnated it's not really noticable in this book but the next one needs to have more.

Also the hell was that 'game over' thing. Completely out of place and unnecessary there was a lot of other types of monsters to go with that dont ruin the law of the world and dont scream meta and require a staggering amount of plot armour to defeat. Any overwhelming strong monster would do 'game over' is just dumb.

All good but the voice

The voice acting was quite difficult to listen to for some characters other than that, good listen
