Finding Balance Together

My wife has always struggled with weight loss. We tried everything – diets, exercise programs, you name it. But nothing seemed to stick. Then, we came across this book. We were a little skeptical at first, but we were both willing to try anything at that point. It helped my wife challenge negative thoughts she had about herself and start seeing her body in a more positive light. It wasn't a magic bullet, but slowly things started to change. She stopped craving unhealthy foods and started enjoying the taste of fresh fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, she seemed happier and more confident. Highly Recommended! Your body is beautiful

There is so much pressure on women to be thin and perfect. However, what I took away from listening to this set of guided meditations was that our bodies are all unique and beautiful in their own way. It was good to take some quiet time to listen to each meditation and follow each carefully. The audiobook was also available as a PDF, which was useful for practicing positive affirmations during the day.
