Pure hypnosis
No fluff in this audiobook, just pure hypnosis tracks for deep sleep and weight loss. It’s too early for me to say whether it’s working but if can loose weight in my sleep, I’m in! Joke asides hypnosis can be a great tool for all sorts of things including weight loss and I’m glad this audiobook offers several tracks to that effect.

This is a really good audiobook; if you struggle with weight loss or emotional eating, this guide will tell you precisely how hypnosis can help you reprogram your mind, changing those bad habits to positive ones. A wonderful way of developing better habits
What a great way of staying balanced. The voice of the narrator was very relaxing. The self-hypnosis techniques really help me stay relaxed and mindful throughout the day. It's incredible how quickly you can notice positive changes in both your sleep patterns and eating habits. If you're looking for a natural way to tackle these issues, you can take ease knowing this will comfort you as you begin to rewire how you think and operate. Something happens when someone talks to your subconscious mind. This audio can help you choose better foods and start being productive in how each meal is prepared or eaten. We all need to take in these examples such as when you're full, quit eating, versus those of us, including me who stuffs themselves more than I'm supposed to. These pointers will focus on the food of the body and how it gives you energy, more importantly, no longer a slave to food.
