Loved it

Such a great story with a sweet ending. I loved the connection to another book in the CCJ universe! And as always Emmanuel a Ingram Wesleigh Siobhan never misses. I actually found this book looking for another one narrated by her. I really liked the style of narration for this one where they respectively voiced all of the make and female characters. Different but refreshing to not have the narrators do their version of the counterpart's voice.

Don’t waste your time or credit….

This book was the worst, I want my credit back. Boring I had to push myself through it… omg it was terriable…

This was EVERYTHING!

Ms. Jones’s never fails to leave me speechless and in love with her characters and the world she creates for them. I loved the history, the various relationship dynamics, and the growth for many of the characters. There are so many layers in this novel and I felt like each layer was addressed, leaving me with few, if any, unanswered questions. Christina C. Jones + Wesleigh Siobhan + Emmanuel Ingram = masterful, love, everything.

That Kismet Kind Of Love!!!

CCJ really outdid herself with this book. Prior Affair is an amazing story of déjà vu. If have we ever met before were two people, it would definitely be Hailey and Ellis. The universe was really working in their favor. These two were literally destined to be together. Hailey has moved to Blackwood to restore the Freeman ancestral home. Before renovations can get started, there's a fire that pretty much guts the house. During the fire, Ellis makes sure Hailey is removed safely from the house. This meeting, so to speak, is the beginning of something special between these two. Hailey and Ellis have this unusual pull towards one another that neither of them can explain nor do they try to fight it. Once Hailey starts researching her family history, dots start connecting and a lot things begin to make sense. I won't go into a lot of details because, this is a story you definitely want to read spoiler free. Prior Affair was a beautifully written book about history repeating itself but, in a good way. It's a tale of otherworldly connections and generations of family history with a little kismet thrown in. It was funny, sexy, and very romantic. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to every minute of this book and I highly recommend it.

Boring

Couldn’t get into this book, it was quite boring and I had a hard time staying focused enough to listen. The narrators did a great job but they can’t improve this storyline.

Another hit from the CJC Universe. I love this story.. I wish it were longer. Please give this couple a full book. They deserve it. CJC never disappoints.. My only complaint is the Novella is a total tease LOL. I want to know more about Boyd and Hailey. It was just getting good and then.... The End!

Amazing story!!

I was in tears listening to this book because it’s just so darn cute and touching! I wish it was three times as long because I just can’t get enough of these characters. Narration, story, everything was just amazing. Must read.

This Book...

Thought I left a review the first time I read this book but since I didn't... This story was beautiful and I wish it had been a little longer, truthfully. The style of duet narration that Wesleigh and Emmanuel performed really brought it to life for me. I could see it unfolding as I listened. I'm a huge fan of CCJ and she hit the nail on the head again. I remember thinking that all audio books should be in this format the first time I read it, and listening to it again reinforced those thoughts. ❤️ This book.

Loved this book

This was the BEST audiobook I’ve listened to in a while. What Maoist so good are the narrators. I think ALL audio books should have two narrators. One female and one male to read the book in their respective roles. It was everything
