Summary

This is not very good
It has a guy who literally sees the world in gold and black. He wants to be a hero. The women are his conquests and lack any defining personality.
He is unmotivated dumb and trusts 'authority' implicitly like horrible organisations that hunt people they can't catalogue.
This was appantly Simon Archers 'Best work' but I promise it Is the worst I have come across lacking plot, A MC with a brain and any reasonable character development not to mention how insanely naive the MC is.

Lightweight.
The MC has no real depth of character, he was a match for his wepons teacher on the 2nd lesson, no real heros journey going on here. The woman are one dimensional, and the sex scenes are over the top, yet still boring.

interesting take on sup's
I enjoyed the world. The "erotic" scenes are boring though and I just skip them. It's like two different stories mashed together. I really wish litrpg writers would stop with the harem nonsense. So many stories ruined with poorly written erotica.

Good book - looking forward to the next one
Overall this was a good book. It has a dynamic storyline with relatable support characters and MC. The overall narration was solid. If I had to be picky about anything it is the dynamics of individual character voice. Despite that the editor/editors did a great job at tying the sound segments together to feed a story with natural breaks. I look forward to the day and time when Simon Archer releases the following books in this series to audible. I own some 550 literpg/fantasy audiobooks several of which are written by Simon Archer and this book by story alone puts it in my top fifty favorites. Thank you for a good listen.

A bit generic and light
A good enough listen, however both the story, mechanics and love interests are all a bit too shallow. Everything too easy, even the mechanics are without conflict. I.e the ability to change them willy nilly. If you're looking for a Boxy holdover this is not it. If you want a popcorn style story its okay.

good series
well when book 2 comes out it will be a series. this was a cool easy to listen to book. with good characters and a mc that is not a dick. yes he becomes op but with his unique power he would have to be.

Not bad but just a little lame
This book kind of reminded me of one of those porn movies that is a parody off a famous and very successful movie. Solo Leveling is an excellent story written by a Korean author years ago. This story is somewhat of a pornographic rip off of that story. Despite this fact the story is not bad put the writing is very simplistic and the main character is not the most likable guy. He gets up the courage to ask out the girl he’s been falling for out on a date and a short time later he begins to seduce another beautiful woman he meets without even remotely thinking of the previous girl crossing his mind. He then moves onto the next beautiful woman he meets again without thinking about the previous two. But like any good porn movie the girls he finds out really don’t mind. Honestly I would never have finish this novel if it wasn’t for the fact I really enjoyed this story concept.

was good until the explicit sex scenes, not for me
story was going good, new super hero audiobook great!!! theeeennnnnn the explicit sex scenes....not really what i was expecting, harem books can be done with a bit more class than this. Others may like it tho.
