A good read

While dealing with some sensitive issues, this story never shies away from love.
In the wake of painful experiences that seemed insurmountable they found love and happiness together.

It was alright

Slightly predictable but very rarely I find a romance novel which surprises me. I love a HEA so here for it regardless.

Not one of her best novels & dreary performance

If I had had to buy this, I would have returned it for a refund. The narration was accurate but contained no character or inflexion in the voice. So it was extremely dreary to listen to & and made the story dreary & seem extremely long-winded. I would not listen to another book performed by the same person. Even a best selling audiobook would be a huge disappointment with such awful narration. Accurate reading is NOT enough. it needs to be a proper performance.
