Summary

The autobiography of internationally renowned actress Joan Collins, brought to you in audio by none other than the star herself.

Her role as Alexis Carrington Colby in Dynasty brought her to peak stardom, a role which might have been created for the tempestuous, strong-willed, and passionate woman that she is. As might be expected, in this memoir, she tells the truth; from her romantic adventures - sometimes desirable, sometimes disastrous - with some of the most famous and interesting men in the world, to the inside story of her fascinating and erratic acting career. Joan Collins candidly divulges her past imperfect in a book that is, like herself, outspoken, witty, daring, and full of life.

Great listen! Really enjoyed Joan's performance. I've always liked her, and I like her even more now. Can't wait to listen to her new Diaries book.

A true British Icon

I love the fact that Joan Collins narrated her own bio… she has been true to herself and very honest about a business that has seen it’s fair share of interesting people good and bad. Look forward to the next chapter

Fascinating

What a fascinating and interesting book. All the better for being narrated by Joan herself.

Wonderful Joan Collins

Wonderful to hear Joan Collins take you through her amazing life. Lots of amazing insights into her journey with honest candour and humour, shows no matter who you are, life has ups and downs, though fair to say we are all the better for having Joan Collins in this world!

BUY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

OMG I couldn't turn this off, Joan is so engaging and a highly UNDERATED ACTRESS in my opinion. She doesn't hold back but comes across as very honest, dignified and full of fun, she isn't afraid to say what she thinks but always measured and respectful.
The love for her children comes across strongly. Well written and narrated. Thankyou Joan.

Have enjoyed other Joan Collins books over the years, was good to hear in some depth the early years up to the beginning of the glorious Dynasty period!

A fantastic and brutally honest book

I found this book very engaging, Joan is brutally honest as always and listening to her reading it gave it even more authenticity.

She has a great way with words and it was a really interesting insight into her life as an Actress, mother, wife and all around positive person. I started listening to it on my daily commute but I couldn't wait for the next instalment so started listening with any spare moments I had.

Joan Collins Past Imperfect

I loved this audible book one of my favourites so far! Joan is funny, witty super posh and down to earth the perfect combination!
Joans story is Frank and has had a colourful life. Proves that hard work and belief in herself has paid off.
