A marvellous book with a perfect guidance on sensitive topics. The author has excellently explained how to handle difficult people as well as how can you protect yourself and heal from past hurts. You will also explore self care and self compassion to boost happiness in order to create a calm and balanced life. Its a life saver!!

Compassionate guide

This audiobook focuses on some sensitive topics that were addressed practically and compassionately. The audiobook also came with a PDF version, which meant you could choose to either listen to or read the books. I particularly enjoyed learning about attachment styles in relationships. After listening to the audiobook I feel like I have a much greater understanding of the topics.

Great bundle

A great bundle that covers 4 different areas. It has some great tips and strategies to help you break free from unhealthy relationships that let’s face it most of us experience in our lives. The book has been well researched and goes into great detail on the science behind why we have certain behaviours. There is a big focus on healing and setting boundaries! Great info!

Great to have all in one

Having this as an all-in-one book has been amazing. I think most of us have had relationships that have been unhealthy but learning from your past and how to spot the problems for future relationships has been helpful. The author writes in an easy-to-understand tone and the books are well organized. The background on each of the problems was good to hear but learning how to spot them and either avoid them or deal with them is critical in ensuring you can have a healthy future relationship. Great job to this author for this amazing bundle of books.

A serious resource providing real help

This is an extremely well researched and reported set of 4 books on dealing with unhealthy relationship habits, both on your end and on the part of those you are in relationship with. I also find the fact that the 4th book focused on self-care to be very fitting and helpful. You'll come out the other side deeply informed and educated. You'll also be thoroughly equipped to discern relational dysfunction, and with practical ways to remedy it, and take better care of yourself. I really appreciate the pdf companion as well, and I learn best while both reading and listening. The overall bundle is excellent.

This book is life-changing! Get it!

This audiobook while a little on the long side has so much in it that you won't regret getting it! In book 1 I learned about my attachment style. Truly an eye-opener! In book 2 I learned all about the dependent personality and how it relates to narcissistic tactics and gaslighting. Also, how to set boundaries. In book 3 I worked on my attachment style and my self-esteem. In book 4 I was really taken by the connection between true self-compassion and happiness. This does not do justice to this book though. There is so much more to it. Suddenly you will see everything in you're relationship clearly. Everything will make sense. Get it!
