Great book to guide you out ofa toxic relationship
Having the author weave Lily's story throughout the book was such a great way to turn dry facts into living, breathing reality. It's so easy to get wrapped up in an unhealthy relationship and lose sight of yourself. Seeing how the toxic behaviors gradually crept in really highlighted how subtle it can be at first. You ache for Lily as she comes to terms with what's happening and summons the strength to walk away. Her journey of discovery and healing afterwards really brought home the message that it isn't over just because you end the relationship. By telling Lily's story, the author shined much-needed light on coping with these situations and trusting your path forward. I'm sure Lily's transformation will empower many to believe in their own ability to do the same. Great book!

Great book for self realization!
We have all felt with a myriad of relationships. Some are good , some not so much, but this book helps your realize that the "Affects" of these relationships does not heya to be final. We grow from these experiences and this book helped me to see that these experiences also positively shape us. The topic covered help us to recognize earlier if the relationship that we are in may be toxic so we can extricate ourselves from it. This is a well done, important book towards sell healing and growth.
