Brilliant

This book is brutal. I love how true these characters stay right the way through. There’s no softening what so ever. A brilliant performance from both Chloe and Theo.

defintely recommend for mafia fans

excellent mafia romance - the story is fast paced and full of tension and angst between Aida and Dante! the narration is excellently done, great job PFP (another awesome listen!)

Thrilling & Steamy

Obsessed with His Bride is a well written, intense, and invigorating mafia romance. Aida and Dante are multilayered and appealing characters with a powerful connection and fiery chemistry. After a deal goes awry, Aida is gifted into a marriage with Dante by her father as an apology, consequently extending protection against the Russian mob. Dante is a dangerous man, ruthlessly possessive, and protective of Aida. Aida is sassy, strong-minded, independent, and loyal with an absentee father, a thief who started a war. Their story is gripping, thrilling, suspenseful, and scorching hot, on the edge of destruction, passion, and desire. The dark elements are not too intense, balanced with love, angst, and steam. There are surprising twists, especially one, that I did not expect, making the story unpredictable and a satisfying listen.

Outstanding performances by Chloe Ryan and Theo Sinclair, making the story even more engaging. They slipped into each character, portrayed the nuances of their personality, and breathed life into them. Obsessed with His Bride was a fantastic listen, and I'm eagerly anticipating the second book in the series. I'm definitely recommending this audiobook to Mafia Romance enthusiasts.

Love mafia romance!

Oh my! What an incredible start to this series! BB Hamel always catches my attention, but this Leone Crime Family story had me from the first sentence. Dante receives a present for his trouble. Aida, the daughter of a thief, she is the apology for his transgressions. Dante keeps Aida, kills her father and their story begins. Off the charts chemistry, Dante and Aida are sizzling. But it's so much more than just their romance. War between crime families, death and destruction, deciding what is best for all, it's exciting and on the edge suspenseful. Dante is alpha protective and easy to fall for with his encompassing feelings. But Aida for me is the real hero in the book. She has overcome so much, found her true place and risen to the occasion. I loved her! I can't wait to see where Hamel is taking us next in this series as the Leone Crime Family grows and changes.

I loved the narration of this book. Full of emotionally charged scenes, Chloe Ryan and Theo Sinclair bring all the characters to life. Fight scenes are brilliant, passion high, fear and love all brought out in their amazing This is a listen you will love!

Im not gunna lie i did struggle half way through- i felt it abit repetitve but i wanted to know what happens.....
i did enjoy the chemistry and loved Dante.
A solid 4 stars 🌟

Oh yea he was obsessed

This was my first time reading BB Hamel. Her writing style is easy to follow and this girl know steam!

Aida, ever the good girl, ends up on the crappy end of her father's deal gone wrong. Now she's stuck with a man she doesn't know, living a life she should fear, only she's a lot stronger than she knows she is.

Dante, the big boss man, he wasn't looking to bring anyone into his life, it's a dangerous place to be. But when things begin to stir with Aida, he will go to all extremes to not only protect her from his world, but make her belong to him as well.

What I enjoyed about this Mafia story was how Aida was a fast learner. You could tell immediately, she was meant to be a mob wife. The push and pull between Dante and Aida was fire.

Chloe Ryan and Theo Sinclair, the narrators, were great performers. They complemented each other well.

Audio ARC received by Pink Flamingo Production and I decided to leave an honest review.

Hot and Just great

listening to Aida's and Dante's story had hooked. the story is so well performed and the characters are brought alive so well. I have enjoyed every minute of this book. highly recommend.

Aida and Dante!

Dante is one of the most successful and loyal Capo’s for the Leone family who finds himself trying to broker peace when one of his men targets their Russian competitor and honor is at risk. When he meets with the guilty party the man offers to not only repay the money that was stolen but offers his daughter in the trade as well. Dante is more than willing to accept the woman even if the man’s fate remains unchanged.

Aida knows that her father isn’t a good man, but she still loved him so witnessing the end of his life was painful. She now finds herself about to become his wife and under his protection and despite their very different lifestyles the chemistry between ignites as the battle between the Irish and Russian families commences.

Aida proves herself to be his equal and at times his voice of reason while he shows her a different side from the mafia persona he presents to his associates, and I am looking forward to more stories centered around this family. I enjoyed the performance of the narrators regarding not only the characters but the intrigue of the story as well. 🎧 AudiobookObsession

Excellent narration!

If you love mob romance, you’ll love this story. BB Hamel knows how to write stories that draw you in, and this one is no different.

Aida finds herself offered in trade to Capo Dante when her father screws with the wrong crime family. Dante’s attraction to Aida is instantaneous, but Aida is understandably wary of her new circumstances. Their love blooms and grows as their trust does, especially as a new war breaks out and Dante and Aida are right in the middle of it.

Sexy story lines and fast-pacing made this a fun book to listen to. I really enjoyed it!
