changed my life

ever feel you are always obliged to answer something? or always feel like you always get a bad deal and think back later and ask yourself "i wish i said that!"?

This is the book for you. The idea of speech mirrors, emotional labels combined with calibrated questions has allowed me to understand how people use language in order to influence perspectives and always make sure i get the answers to my assumptions.

unbelievable read. 5 stars

Great book with practical insights about the art.

Wish had read it earlier. We all do one thing everyday in our life, we lose some and come on top of some, but not many of us can claim expertise on, Negotiatiations. This book covers the way an FBI professional does it. Loved the way it explains basics of negotiating to a layman, and bits about human nature while doing it. Without boring the listener with details of models/theories, it provides the tools to be used and situations they are used in. There are mentions of other materials which an interested person can explore more.

A book which can make the difference!

Really good book. Very good examples. Clear instructions. A nice summary of good communication and listening skills that can help everyone. Michael Kramer's pace and voice were good but a few odd pronunciations is all that stopped me from giving 5 stars
