Very poor

Very little useable info. Just a summary of sport psychology techniques with no instruction on how to apply them.

What a waste of my time

Being more optimistic, I gave this book a shot. If a book has 1 key point I can implement, I'm happy. I truly regret wasting my time with this general waffle.

Some useful content

This book has some useful content that can be applied in sports events and in real life situations. A bit of waffle and repetition, but definitely some take aways.
