I love being a Spice Girl, but what I am proudest of is being a mum. Must read for new mums
I found this audiobook really useful as a new mum. Each section was interesting and I found the information from the experts helpful. I listened to this in the first few weeks of my son being born and it reassured me by knowing what I was experiencing was normal.
If you are pregnant or a new mum I would highly recommend this book.

A long advert
The experts and what they had to say was very useful. Information about self care and what to expect was very truthful and useful,
