Summary
Okay, so my bad for assuming the guy I was going on a date with wasn't married.
And my bad for taking him to a friend's house for dinner, only to find out my friend is also friends with his wife. Because, in fact, he is married. And she happens to be at my friend's house because her husband was "busy working."
Confused? So am I.
Unsurprisingly, my date's wife is super angry about finding out that her husband is a cheating asshole. Girl, I get it.
Then to make matters more convoluted, there is the man sitting next to my date's wife. A man named King, who is apparently her brother, and who lives up to his name.
Since my date is a two-timing prick, I'm not going to feel bad about drooling over King, especially since I'll never see him again. Or at least I don't plan to.
I plan to take an Uber to the cheater's apartment to get my car keys. I plan for it to be quick.
If I had to list a thousand possible outcomes… witnessing my date's murder, being kidnapped by his killer, then being forced to marry the super attractive but clearly deranged crime lord would not have been on my bingo card.
But alas, here I am.

incredible performance
I absolutely adored this series and hearing it come to life is amazing.!! I am off right now to start Dom . Amazing work from both Narrators and such a fantastic story !!

Amazing
I loved this book so much. Jack is totally amazing. The banter between King and Nero is delivered so expertly. Loved it 5 well earned stars ⭐️

Loved this. King is extra possessive in the most hilarious and dangerous way. Savanna is just gorgeous. King & Nero are my book daddies forever & it was a cherry on top having Payton & Nero pop in. S.J Tilly thank you. Narrators were just superb

Amazing
Im listening to the audios of the alliance series in prep for book 4 coming it at the end of the month.
Love the story of King and Savannah, SJ Tilly really knows how to write some amazing characters and the narrators brought then to life.
Whilst the overall of Mafia and kidnapping could be dark SJ Tilly managed to bring some very light hearted moment and great character interaction

Good banter, fairly good story
The actors voices were great on this. The characters were engaging and the overall story good. The language was flowery "volcanic rage" just because someone looks at your woman. But I guess over the top writing tends to be the style in this genre unfortunately.

Love the series
S J Tilly writes great dark mafia romance.. I loved Nero and I love King.. Just downloaded Dom and I’m happy the narrators haven’t changed.. Both Jack Calihan and Chloe Ryan bring the characters to life.. the inflections and emotions they add are beautiful and bring the characters to life.. 🥰🥰

Ridiculous story, but highly entertaining. I laughed out loud a few times, especially over the friendship between Nero and King. Great performance by both narrators
