This series has been beyond amazing

Julia has done it again. Ivan and Evelyn will steal your heart. I personally know three people who sit at different points of the spectrum and I can see each of them in the way this incredible lady has written with such empathy and understanding what they deal with daily.
I loved Evelyn when we first met her in Delilah's book and in this story we get to know her properly.
Used to adjusting herself to deal with the world around her she is very introvert and heavily reliant on her sister. Then Ivan wanders into her world, a foreign student also trying to adjust to a strange new life. He is attracted to Evelyn and in spite of a few mis steps the two find a shared passion in the school swim team. The relationship between these two "misfits" builds slowly, Ivan has infinite patience with Evelyn and such a deep understanding of her needs and under his care she blossoms and becomes a stronger person. On paper these two shouldn't work but the love story within the journey they are taking together will steal your heart, I never wanted this book to end.
The other characters in Evelyn and Ivan's life are a joy. Marco has been in former books and has become a friend to both Evelyn and Ivan. Bella and Freddie also students at Savage are so snarky and supportive of our girl I would really love to see them in their own stories along with Marco.
I honestly can't find the right words to tell you how amazing this book is. The story will suck you in and not let you go until it's finished with you. Julia is an amazing author who has such a knack for writing characters that you will fall in love with and never want to leave their world. I hope you will take a chance on Ivan and Evelyn, then go back and check out the other couples at Savage Academy.
