This is a great whodunit where you can't trust anyone. Very emotional and touched on difficult subjects, very will done to. Read brilliantly again by Lorelei King.

The Mercy Thompson books are amazing, they are thought provoking, emotional and intense. It was narrated well and allows the readers imagination to flow along with the story, creating great imagery.

The only downside is that the audio seemed to miss out seconds then cut back in. I tried deleting and reinstall but made no difference.

I've read the entire series by Patricia Briggs and listening it in Audible is adds another dimension of pleasure.

This is my favourite series and I listen to it regularly. Mercy is a great lead character and I enjoyed the development of Ben's character in this installment.
