Kendall Peters does an incredible job of taking a complex and often overwhelming subject and breaking it down into simple, easy to understand language. I've tried all sorts of diets and never really found one that has worked for me, and I'm hoping this one will really help me start shedding the pounds and keep them off. One of the biggest takeaways I got from the book was that it’s not necessarily what you eat, but when you eat that can make the biggest difference when it comes to your health and wellbeing. Greer Gray’s narration was absolutely wonderful and brought the book to life. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking for an effective and sustainable way to lose weight and improve their overall health.
