Good I.F Techniques

I am currently in a ketogenic diet and thought I would give this book an hour. I am only halfway and I am already incorporating some of the intermittent fasting techniques from this book.

Very Well Explained

The book explains and does a good job of each and every word of the title. I have read other books too on the same topic but this audio book is different as it neatly lays down the relation between fasting and developing a lean body. Very precise and simple!!

It is amazing! The author of this book has done an excellent job and he described every part very clearly. By listening to this audio book I have learned about the intermittent fasting protocols. Inside of this book I have found some helpful tips especially for the beginners.
