Summary
It took everything to defeat the feared Natom Hilgresh. Turns out, that was the easy part.
Now the clock is ticking for Clive to return to Far Reach and prepare for the second coming.
Of course, it isn’t exactly a Sunday stroll. Navigating unforgiving terrain across the war-torn country of Kalabri, the vast armies of Destruction and Justice swarm the land, killing everyone in their path.
But there is strength in numbers and by offering a safe haven to those displaced by the carnage, there’s a real chance of binding them together into a force dangerous enough to slaughter its way home.
For if there is one thing you can say about war, if it doesn’t kill you, it will give you plenty of XP.
Immortal Shell is a LitRPG/GameLit portal fantasy set in a chaotic land ruled by ruthless Gods. It is complete with game mechanics, progression system and empire-building. A place where demons, werewolves, dwarfs, and elves roam. Warning: Despite their best efforts, these individuals are driven by anger, fear, and lust, and as a result their journey is full of dark humor, violence, and profanity.

If you liked the first one this won't disappoint.
I'll be starting book 3 straight away. Plenty of north Eastern slang and still refreshing to hear somone local to me narrating 😁👍

Such a good story
The continuation is everything I expected! I felt some type of way about the Dwarves double crossing Clive. I was really hoping that at least Grimestone would actually be good. Maybe there’s a turnaround in the next book. It does kind of bother me though that every female in n this book is gorgeous and the main character has to check each of them out. But I do like the relationship between him and his soulmate and how he treats her. Overall, a great story! I look forward to the next book.

Very high level LitRPG
While I could nitpick about how the book dragged at points, I don’t want to give the impression that this book is in my opinion, one of the highest level series entries this genre is able to produce.
I think the author really strikes the balance that many in this genre miss the mark on with balancing the focus on the system, and the focus on the characters in such a great way, and I am very excited for the next entry in the series.
Comes highly recommended

Decent
I'm getting tougher on my critique, I am not a writer myself but in an encouragement of the author. Could use a bit more description. Here we were witness to massive improvement toward the end of this book but thrown off by the illustration. usually 80-90% fits the imagination as the story progress, However this is like 40-50% you got the arm but..
Not so far as the dirt and bugs on the ground or 40mins straight of something similarly insignificant. Clive has like 3 or 4 changes in this book alone. And this leveling system is broken! But usually are going off of Mc's in any given form of entertainment, novels, audiobooks, comics you get the picture.
I challenge you to paint better!

A++
Series is super good. I enjoy the narrator and everything. Clive and the gang never have a break. LOL. they fight continuously. Yes he power levels, but still I enjoy it. I love OP characters, but with Clive he still struggles A LOT!! My only issue is Mel!! dude is so frustrating.
****kind of a spoiler*****
Mel bothers me bc he continues to argue and just do stupid stuff. So with the influx of intelligence I hope he starts to be a better friend instead of a nagging person. He talks bad about Clive the whole time and then when Clive or someone else dishes it back to him he gets super upset. Anyways enough about him. Clive does make stupid decisions and it bites him at times, but he still is a great MC. keep this story going. I like it. I don't know what you are going to do next, but this massive power lvl is going to be crazy.
