I’m only giving this a 3-5 just because I’ve read some pretty insane books that can’t be compared to. However, I did enjoy this! I actually managed to get this whole book done in one night, it’s such a good flirty romance which we love, and I did find the ending sad but for some reason I found myself getting a little bored towards the end. I think it just needed a little bit more drama, but that’s not to say I won’t be listening to/ reading the others. The green one I actually have so I’ll definitely be reading that soon.
It’s a good, easy listen and fast paced, just struggled with my attention span towards the end

Nice pleasant story but it feels incomplete, we are then forced you use a credit to hear the ending. The narrator’s did an incredible job but I just feel a bit dissatisfied that the book is so say within the audible subscription but it’s not a full story or if it is the ending is left so open-ended it’s a disappointment

I love the story I loved Blake and the characters I just wish it ended differently for them! This book was so enjoyable

I spent the second year of my degree, aged 19 in Nanjing way back in 1999 - 2000 but so much of this story struck a chord. The friendships and romances formed, the adventures and the challenges. I’m not sure I’d really processed a lot of it until reading this. Oh and I enjoyed the spicy bits too.
