Difficult to follow as an audio book
Sam Slydell’s dictation of the book became a little boring after a short while.
I found I was forcing my concerntration onto the book, and was so easily distracted; for example, he would be talking through the 16 personality types that are abbreviated, an I would be watching the squirrel climb a tree.
It’s really hard as he’s voice doesn’t have much tone at all.
He also gives quick shortcut examples:
Changing this word for that word, instead of: saying a sentence like this.... becomes a sentence like this....
which really helps with an audio book if you have no words in front of you.

Of what he is saying has stuck, but for me it is a book that you will have to drum into to take anything from it, as it’s just so dreary.
This book needs examples of different tone, if at the very least it means the tone changes from the one adopted from start to finish. Neutral tone is better than either extream.... right, but it just doesn’t engage interest which is a shame, as there is value to be had.

This book comes out very useful. In my everyday life, it helps me to understand a lot about the people around me. The book is very interesting and informative to find out the main principles of people behavior. As I understand the author is really professional and well-informed person!

Overall good creation.
There were really no mind blowing new revelations in this book, but it was well organized and very well written. The tips are easy to follow but in bulk so it will take extra time to lean and understand it.

Not engaging
I always finish a book. This one was hard.
Not engaging at all. Very boring. Why? Don't really now... Was just bad.
BTW, having one chapter just to advertise other books is also not nice.

Totally worth it, great audible.
very easy and wonderful read! Loved this book, eve though i was familiar with some concepts it was very enjoyable . Recommend to newbies and people that are interested in the basics of psychology and a few tricks of what some common gestures mean.

Book is giving you an idea how human psychology works, basic knowledge about body language, types of personalities,...

A good read, informative
Will be giving this book a second listening to refresh then memory every now and then. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get a grasp of what it is to analyze a person and to be able to better understand that person when interacting with them.

What a fabulous book.
There is so much content in not such big of a book. I learned first to analyze myself then start with other people. Totally recommend the book worth the read

My overall impression is, "great book".
It discusses briefly on human psychology,how it works and how to use different techniques and signs to understand others and handle them according to their personality. Being a psychology student I learnt basics yet and following some practical tips to apply it in my daily life to understand people around me.
