Memory training and it is a fascinating listen
This book teaches you tricks to memorize things you want to memorize which is good but doesn't really help with working memory training and it is a fascinating listen and is one of those books that I keep referring back to and after listing several books on memory

This book mentions
A perfect compliment to some of the other books I’ve been listening to. This book mentions and ties together many of the principles I’ve heard or listen over the last few years.
