It's worth a read for sure lots of good info
slightly annoying that it's 6 books with 6 intros and 6 endings but overall good info although a little salesy and trick orientated rather than focusing on giving value, doing good, thinking of others and generally being kind however the author does recognise this I felt it was more quick fix than long term strategy

It's a great book. Well written and easy to understand. This book aims to provide readers with comprehensive but concise information about everything there is to know about emotional intelligence. Most of us would be familiar with IQ or intelligence quotient, which is the most common and widely known measure of human intelligence. It's commonly accepted that IQ is the key determining factor for achieving success in the workplace. Overall, it helps to know about the most helpful guide and social skills.

Excellent. 7 books with only mild overlap
This was much better than expected. There are 7 books which only have a little bit of overlap. The best was about retraining your thoughts to see the positive in every scenario, even if it was actually mostly bad. I'll be using those tips everyday! OK to listen at 2x speed, not too chipmunkey!

Loved it
The writer of this book has completed an incredible activity and depicted everything obviously, so I didn't confront any issue to see any part. Profoundly happy by perusing this book! I got lots of useful guides, tips, and other methods. Mostly, the author has presented all the things exact to the point with step by step guidance.

Excellent information.
Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. Good book with practical excercises for your E.Q., really helpful and informing!!
