Summary

Brought to you by Penguin.

The gripping new psychological thriller from the number one best-selling author of My Lovely Wife.

Beth, Eddie and Portia are siblings.

Beth is devious, calculated and ruthlessly manipulative.

Eddie is controlling and will do anything to get what he wants.

Portia, the youngest, is much smarter than she's given credit for.

But they all have one thing in common:

An incident that happened when they were children, that has now forced them back together.

But that was just the beginning....

And it can only end with murder.

Because no-one is more dangerous than the ones who know you best....

Disappointing

I pre-ordered this as I really enjoyed the previous title by the same author but I found this one to be really slow moving and didn’t enjoy it anywhere near as much.

Entertaining but implausible

I enjoyed this book but numerous times along the way I had to suspend belief quite a bit. Good holiday read without it being trashy. I preferred My Lovely Wife by same author

Disappointing

I love My lovely wife and expected something as good, but there was no logic to the whole thing. I expected the end to make sense but it didn’t

what was this??

I have no clue what this book was about. the characters do crazy things without any motivation or explanation. why are these people just murdering family on a whim, for no real reason? what was the smoking thing about? the button? there were so many plot points that were never addressed or explained.

this book robbed me of a part of my soul, I may never recover!
