Disappointing that May Fraser can’t read out his own book
Would have been a lot more interesting and genuine if Mat Fraser read out his own book on how Hard Work Pays Off.

A bit meh
It’s okay for a podcast. Some high level detail about Matt’s history. I found a recent Joe Rogan/Matt Fraser pod more detailed and interesting. I’m glad I got this as part of my free credits. Would hate to pay full price for this.

Brilliant book for all especially beginners to CF
HWPO offers a great insight to how Matt started and how he accomplished the CF games. What I like about it he breaks it down in to a story of his CF story from the beginning but also giving tips and explanations on training, mental focus, food etc and along with the PDF I found this a great way to enhance my training.

Seems like he was told to publish a book
it's okay, but that's it. Not a huge amount of insight and not quite a biography, not sure who it's aimed at really.

Good
Would be far better if Matt read it himself. Better to purchase the book as I cannot access the PDFs via this
