I've listened over and over, great for every runner. As a marathon run myself i found this book so helpful.

Full marathon no wall

Ran my 1st marathon under 4 hours as a new running. I didn’t hit the wall. I’m running another marathon next year. I will use this to hopefully get sub 3.30
Edit. I ran my 2nd marathon using this 3:27 no wall again.
