This is a book every parent should have!

I never realized how important your stomach is. Almost every part of your body can be effected negatively by your stomach. From your nervous system, to your heart. If your stomach is not preforming like it should, your health could seriously be at risk, I always thought if my kids were eating good healthy food, and they were getting plenty of exercise, they would be fine, but that's not necessarily the case. I mean who knew fruits can sometimes be bad for you? I wish I had this book when my first daughter was born. She was constantly having stomach problems and I'm lucky she's a healthy teen now. This is a great reference book you can refer back to if your child is having stomach problems. It will let you know if the problem deserves medical attention. A must have for any parent.

Helpful and informative!

This book provides incredible insight to the connection between a healthy diet and mental health. Many kids are diagnosed with disorders such as ADD and ADHD when the actual issue is poor dietary choices and lack of proper nutrients. This book is a life-changer for parents and kids who my be suffering with mental health issues.
This is a must have for every parent out there!

The ESSENTIAL gut health audiobook

There are so many articles about gut health on the internet, with a lot of misinformation. At 4 hours long, this audiobook is the most comprehensive explanation of gut health for a parent that I've ever heard. It's well-researched, factual, and not overly technical. The audiobook is focused on kids, but honestly, any adult can learn something about their own gut from listening to this. One thing I learned is that 95%+ of cow feed is GMO, which directly contaminates the commercial beef supply.
I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to set their kids up for a healthy gut.

Rich on self-awareness of parenting and caring!

This book is simply rich! Informational and instructive. How dysfunctional our body can become when we don't pay attention to our Mental Health, in our emotions. Instructive handbook for parents to safeguard

This book is incredibly instructive, especially for parents of young children because it discusses the connection between a child's gut health and mental health. My brain and body were in terrible shape, which eventually led to several illnesses like diabetes and obesity. Before listening to this audiobook, I was concerned about my children, but it not only enlightened me with great knowledge, but also offered the solutions. I give this book a five-star rating since it was very helpful to me and I applaud the author for his thorough research. I recommend this book to all parents.

Game changer for overall health

After listening to this book, taking care of our gut health has been a new family project. Our gut health has a massive impact on all aspects of our overall health. This isn’t just for kids with ADHD or any issues like that. It can be just for lethargy and irritability. What we eat matters and this book shows the path to a healthy gut in a very accessible way. This book have a lot of information that relates to gut health very powerful! Mental health and gut health are very important to make sure that you are addressing that at a young age. This book can save lives

Many people are sick and suffering and don't know why. I have personally tried many of these diets, including the GAPS diet and elimination diets, and if I had known this information earlier in my life, I would have been healthier much sooner. Even though I have read many books about nutrition, I learned many things in this book that I hadn't heard before, including FAILSAFE and how that helps with hyperactivity. This book goes through clear options for how to improve various aspects of health by taking care of your gut health. Every parent would be served by reading this book.
