One of the best

This meditation is one of the best I’ve experienced. It’s got the mood tone spot on to encourage sleep and relaxation. Like the other reviewers, I agree that the Audible insert at the end spoils it because sometimes it wakes me up. It’s totally out of sync with the purpose. Also I would love some more of these on Audible, there’s nothing that quite rivals it.

ticket to relax

This was a new experience for me and a pleasant one at that. A relaxing meditation through the simulation of a peaceful rainy train journey through beautiful countryside .
Well read putting the listener at ease straight away .
A Unique and calm way to chill out and clear your mind for 15 minutes .

Sooo relaxing!

This was a wonderfully relaxing meditation. I thought the idea of taking a train journey was original and enjoyable. I first listened to the meditation last-thing at night, and I was ready to fall asleep by the end of it.

My only criticism is the insertion of the words "chapter 2" between the first relaxation section and the journey itself. I found it a little intrusive, but this is a minor criticism of what I thought to be an excellent guided meditation.
