End my insomnia


I suffer from insomnia and have a hard time sleeping, but when I listen to this audiobook and the sleep stories, I feel my mind let go of all the anxiety and stress of the day and relax enjoying the stories until I can sleep, I am finally ending my insomnia, I am very thankful for that.

Excellent audiobook

This audiobook has been very good for me. It reminds me of my childhood and makes me feel at peace. I listen to it every night and it relaxes me a lot and makes me sleep very peacefully. This audiobook is really fantastic. I totally recommend it!

Very relaxing

I had tried ASMR on youtube and downloaded relaxation books but nothing has been as effective and helpful as this audiobook. Listening to it is very relaxing and I can sleep peacefully. There are 2 volumes that make this audiobook very complete, lots of information, tips, hypnosis and stories. Thank you very much!

The best joy stories

No one can dare deny the pleasure of listening to wonderful and exciting bedtime stories. That's why this collection is a privilege you have in your hands. 100% recommended

I was sceptical about all this kind of stuff but I was in a very high state of stress and couldn't sleep. In my desperate attempts I found this audiobook and it has been my remedy and my help. I liked it from the introduction to the conclusion. It really is amazing.

I give the author 5 stars

The author Carolyn Mason has written fantastic stories and has also provided the necessary content to make you stress free. By listening to this audiobook I have been able to clear my mind and get into a state of relaxation and stress release. I not only listen to them at night but also when I have anxiety attacks.

Accepting stressors to improve

Very good content

I usually buy audiobooks just because I like listening to stories, whatever they are about, because listening to stories makes me feel good and I could relax before going to sleep. But I really liked the stories, just like the ones my parents used to tell me. There is also a thorough explanation about stress, hypnosis and a lot of tips.

The truth...

This audiobook although it says they are bedtime stories are stories for adults but they do not deal with adult themes as such. The stories are created to remind you of peaceful moments so you can relax and have a nice time and get to sleep. There is not only advice but tips and even an explanation about hypnosis.
