About this listen
I'd thought the threat from Seattle was finished. That we showed up in time and took care of business.
I hate being wrong. It really ruins my day.
When Roger, the alpha of the North American pack, shows up at my door with the news that a demon has made it to the Underworld with knowledge of me, some hard decisions have to be made.
Do I stay above ground, with all my magical friends, and wait for the battle to come to me? Or do I seek the demon out, and pluck the threat out by the root?
I don’t want my friends to die on my behalf. I could never live with myself. But if I venture into the Underworld, it’ll be the most perilous journey of my life.
This time, it isn’t just my life hanging in the balance, it is my eternity.

Fused in Fire
This is a really great dramatisation of the original story, just as funny, and fast moving. The sound effects are done well as they don't distract to much from the story, although the feet sound effects could do with improving. All the cast were brilliant and following the story easy and really enjoyable. Loved it, completely different experience than the original audio book.

Original is always best
I was eager to see how this version of the audio would be but for me it fell a bit short. The narrators were fine and it was good to hear different voices for people however for me, Nicole Poole will always be Regan for me. The other issue I had and did not like was the background music which in a lot of places was not necessary, loud and did not gel. It's a personal thing I know so give it a go you may love it. Would I but another in this format NO but I am biased I think, the originals for me will always be my favourites.
