The summary is most beneficial.

Beyond Repetitive

This 'book' could have been condensed into a study paper. The first eight chapters alone could be written on one side of A4; the constant repetition was infuriating. The chapter on sleep could have been written in two paragraphs and seemed to be focussed on facilitating sales on his 'product page'.

There are some very interesting facts, such as NEAT and I am now standing at my desk instead of sitting. These two facts alone are fascinating but neither justify a book.

Bullshit book

Just a load of rubbish! Nothing useful and basically the same info the glossy magazines bring. Nice voice on the narrator tho!

Simple program

I read a lot of diet books and through the years I’ve done a lot of diets, including detoxing with fresh green juice. They all work but none of them are long time reasonable diets. One expert says vegan other paleo… so confusing and hard to know who’s right. Dr. Ari”s book is simple, make sense easy to follow way of eating. I definitely recommend it.

excellent resource for healthy long term fat loss

l really loved this book! I have struggled with weight lots my whole life! Now at age 68 I have been having great difficulty deciding what kind of diet I should be eating for health and also lose extra fat. This book was perfect to solve my dilemma. I can now confidently follow these recommendations and know I am doing the right thing! A must read for everyone!

A comprehensive insight...

I have read hundreds of books in this arena . I have absolutely no weight issue as I am at perfect weight
but I thrive on learning the optimum insights and dietary balance. i have been raw vegan for 52 years and it works for me but I understand the principles which are more important than particulars...

Ari has done an incredible job in this compilation of personal wisdom and experience...
this book truly embodies that evolutionary nudge to be more aware of real causes than mere fads or partial truths.
And best of all Whitten is an example of personal balance and application
