Summary

Swoon❣️Swoon❣️Swoon❣️
This was a wonderful read. The author did not disappoint. Landon and Em were destined to marry you just didn’t know how it was going to happen. This was better than I had anticipated. The narrators were excellent as you will not go wrong buying this audible. The sex scenes are hot and the book will leave you wanting more.

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 A Heartfelt Delight!
I loved this book, it is a wonderful fake engagement, friends to lovers romance, the story grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it the entire book. Kelly Elliott is a gifted author, I enjoy her writing style and the characters and storylines she creates, they are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. Her descriptive details takes you in to her story right along side the characters, allowing you to see what they see and feel what they are feeling. I adored the two lead characters, Landon Lewis and Emmerson Emme” Wallace, they’ve known each other since they were kids. Landon retired from NASCAR racing and opened a custom auto restorations business, Emme is a wedding planner and her company “Serendipity Wedding Planning” is up and coming. Emme or Landon are close, but they are only friends, but their friendship came in between some of the relationships they have had over the years. Everyone except them can see how they look at each other, it took an auction and a newly engaged ex to get the green monster moving, the next thing you know there is another engagement announcement, Emme and Landon’s engagement. I loved these two together and for each other and when they finally admitted how they felt about each other it was magic. The secondary characters and family dynamics are awesome, it is a great tight knit family and the camaraderie is amazing. I loved how much heart this book contained, it is a low angst story that is beautifully plotted with the perfect balance of drama, humor and romance. Kelly Elliott, thank you for another wonderfully enjoyable and entertaining story, I am looking forward to catching up with the rest of the series.
🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Laurie West and Christian Black were the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They did an awesome job portraying the characters, humanizing them, giving each their own distinct voice and personality. I loved how they took each role and made it their own sounding believable and just as I picture the character to sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture the characters emotions and project them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for awesome listen🎧
