It worked for me😀
I have struggled with flying all my life. Not sure where it came from but I am claustrophobic. I worked through the work book and watched a lot of videos of people boarding planes as this was my main trigger. I was unusually calm on my 2 hour ✈️ flight out and absolutely no fear on the way back and no meds😄.It worked for me.
