Healthy Mindset

align your subconscious with your desires.

Weight loss can be hard, motivation runs dry quickly, diets aren't as enjoyable and the modern world is so busy it's hard to carve out an hour of time to hit the gym. This book will help you crush these obstacles that plague us by removing your subconscious blocks and aligning the subconscious towards your conscious desires and goals. This book was great! It was so positive and overall gave me a much better mindset about food and stress eating in general!
